Arbitration Materials

• Arbitration materials must include a cover sheet with the date of the arbitration, the case name and the Arbitrator’s name.
   

• Arbitration Materials should be emailed to JdR. Hard copies of mediation materials may be requested upon review of your submission. Please email arbitration materials to caseadmin@jdrllc.com and be sure to include your Arbitrator on the email. Arbitrator email addresses are listed below.​​

• To avoid ex parte contact with the Arbitrator, you must copy opposing counsel on all communications and materials.
