Judicial Dispute Resolution, LLC (JdR) provides efficient and effective resolution of civil disputes on a private basis. Our panel of former judicial officers is devoted to helping you reach mutually acceptable resolutions of disputes. Together, JdR’s panelists bring a wealth of experience and insight to the dispute resolution process gained through our years in private practice, in serving at all levels of the Washington State court system and in full-time dispute resolution.

We provide the facilities necessary to achieve successful resolution of all civil disputes. We maintain 13 comfortably-appointed mediation rooms and a large, formal trial/arbitration hearing room with two adjoining rooms for witness preparation.
We deliver confidential, creative and timely arbitration and mediation solutions.
: Our seven panelists have the breadth of experience and personality to fit any case.
Other JdR services include hearing officer, mock trial, appellate consultation and special master.
When the parties to an arbitration have not agreed on the rules to be applied, we offer our own set of arbitration rules that are consistent with Washington Court Rules.
All mediation and arbitration rooms are equipped with Internet access. A centrally located PC with internet access is available to our visitors.
We offer complimentary coffee, cocoa, soda, juice, bottled water, fresh fruit and vegetables, and snacks.

The event will be held on January 15, 2010 at the downtown Seattle Sheraton Hotel. Judge Finkle recently participated in the National Summit on Business-to-Business Arbitration in Washington, D.C. The Summit was organized by the College of Commercial Arbitrators, a select national group of arbitrators, of which he is a Fellow.
The Summit brought together distinguished arbitrators, corporate counsel, outside counsel, and administrative officers to discuss and vote on protocols designed to improve the cost-effectiveness, speed and fairness of arbitrations. |
