Efficient: We respect the time constraints of lawyers and their clients and have streamlined the rules to effectively process an arbitration. For example, in arbitrations, our rules require us to issue our award within five days of the close of the hearing. We provide an excellent option for those seeking to avoid the expense, possible delay and uncertainty of a court trial.
Empathetic: We ask questions and try to relate to clients and their lawyers both on a legal and personal level in order to do the best work possible on their behalf. This kind of personal attention and care is what sets us apart from other dispute resolution options.
Flexible: Unlike public trial judges who are restricted to certain hours, we are often willing to be available on weekends and in the evenings and can accommodate most scheduling conflicts. Certain panelists are also available for travel throughout the United States.
